Trinidad Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

8 lbs Stale bread

6 bottles Milk

1 ½ lbs butter

1oz Cinnamon Powder

15 Eggs

2oz Vanilla

3 ½ lbs Sugar

1 lb Mix fruits

2 lbs Raisins

  1. Soak bread in milk
  2. Cream butter and sugar together until sugar is dissolved
  3. Add to the soaked bread and mix well
  4. Step 2
  5. Add whipped eggs, mix fruits, cinnamon vanilla and raisins to step 1
  6. Grease sandwich pans and place mixture (approximately 4 large pans)
  7. Bake at 350℉ until cooked (approximately 30 minutes)
  8. Chill and serve by slices
