Most new customers get their first cut within a few days of accepting the quote. In peak season it can stretch to a week, and I'll say so honestly rather than promise a date I can't hit.
No. As long as I can reach the yard, you don't need to be there. Leave a gate code in the form if there is one, and I'll text you photos of the finished lawn.
Cutting a soaked lawn tears it and leaves ruts, so I'll push the visit to the next dry day and message you. Your schedule then picks up as normal — you're never charged for a visit that didn't happen.
