Ingredients:
1 large flour tortilla or pre-made pizza crust
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced avocado
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/4 cup salsa or taco sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
4. Place the tortilla or crust on a baking sheet. Spread salsa or taco sauce evenly over it.
5. Spoon the seasoned beef over the sauce, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
7. Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, avocado, jalapeños, and cilantro.
8. Slice and serve hot!
