Ingredients:
10 ounces mango or pulp of 2 regular-size mangoes
- 2 bananas or 1 Cavendish yellow banana (a regular banana)
- 1 passion fruit sliced in half and contents scooped out
- 2 spoons of squeezed lime
- ½ cup yogurt (I use 10% milk fat)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed for 30 to 60 seconds, or until ice is crushed.
- Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with fresh fruit slices or mint leaves.
