Oatmeal, Avocado & Kale Breakfast Meal

Ingredients:

Serving – 2 Persons

4 Ozs of uncooked Oat meal

1 cup of Almond milk or Carrot Juice

1 Ripe Avocado

4 ozs of cleaned and deveined Kale

1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence or powdered nutmeg

1 Tablespoon of Sugar (optional)

Method

Add milk or juice with Kale, Avocado and blend until very smooth

add oatmeal and blend for 10 seconds a

add sugar,vanilla or nutmeg blend 2 seconds

Drink at room temperature or chilled

You are now powered up
